Staffs are one of the pillars of any organization. PEPUS believes that strengthening of an organization needs continuous capacity building of staff. Performance and skill of staff is enhanced through providing them various in-house trainings time to time. Besides in-house trainings, staffs were also sent for exposure visits, outdoor trainings, workshops organized by other organizations and resource agencies. A formal performance appraisal system too has been started in the organization. A performance appraisal form was developed by some of the core staff and quarterly performance appraisal is done both at coordinator level as well as at field level. All the demotions, promotions, increments are decided on the basis of this performance appraisal.
