To fulfill its vision and mission PEPUS is conducting specific programmes under different projects. These programmes are interrelated with each other which take forward the beneficiaries towards betterment. These programmes also emphasize the areas of intervention on which PEPUS focuses. These programmes cope with every field where there is a need and scope for development.

PEPUS has an integrated developmental approach. Development is a continuous process and PEPUS believes that development cannot be fully achieved without progressing each and every aspect of life. When PEPUS does survey of any area it takes out different needs of the community, which cover all aspects of their life, and based on their need PEPUS integrate programmes accordingly.
